Qualifications:

  • A high level of mechanical aptitude and skill when working with your hands
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and strong attention to detail
  • A high level of self-motivation and dependability
  • Ability to closely follow direction, to work in a team environment and work with a minimum of supervision
  • Fluent in written and conversational English
  • Basic computer skills desirable
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Day & afternoon shifts required for positions as indicated
  • Ability to take full responsibility for his/her thoughts, actions, results, i.e. has the "if it's to be it's up to me" mindset
  • A continuous learning/improvement mindset, i.e. sees everything as an opportunity to learn.
