Professional managed luxury dealership is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee the vehicle sales operation, ensure profitability and encourage extraordinary customer experiences.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Manager with a passion for customer service, the enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastest growing automotive sales teams in the industry, and the aspiration to grow beyond this position. Under the supervision of the General Manager, this position is responsible for the efficient and profitable planning, organization, direction and control of the New Vehicle Sales Department, including staffing, forecasting, attaining projected sales objectives and bottom line results.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, strong selling skills, excellent interpersonal skills, superb customer service skills, and will be able to take ownership of issues with a positive "can-do" attitude.


BMW Newmarket
