Job Description:

Assisting the maintenance Manager in the day to day maintenance and repair of a six story retirement community. Duties include, painting, changing door locks, minor plumbing repair, carpet cleaning, moving some furniture, organizing storage and tool rooms. Assist in decorating for various functions and clean up, changing air filters, assisting with resident needs as required. All other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Several years within the trades and repair field. must have a thorough knowledge of all hand and power tools. Attention to fine details and exceptional organizational and time management skills. Must be physically fit as the job comes with climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs. And lots of walking .
